 Neroli- is the TOP note in this spray which means it is what you smell most -On a spiritual level, Neroli aids in building a protective aura or shield around the inner being. So often we feel psychically attacked by the outside world, and Neroli can protect us against the dark negative feelings that creep in. It shines a light, reduces inner emptiness and restores a sense of self. It is also anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, aphrodisiac, and very healing to the nervous and circulatory system.

Lavender is also a TOP note  , It helps calm your insecurities about your true thoughts and feelings. If you are hiding within, “sucking it up”, and blocking your true self-expression, lavender can help you stop holding back your innermost thoughts and feelings.
