Palo Santo- This is ethically sourced and been used for thousands of years to clear out stuck energy attached to your aura. Make sure to let the end burn for about a minute before blowing it. Then take your time to move it around you using the feather. Also command the removal of energy that does not belong to you and invite in FRESH new vibrant energy.
Sage-Make sure you open all the windows and doors when you burn sage so the old energy can leave!! This is grown in Ontario with love .
Selenite- selenite crystal protects its you from bad energy.. It does it by absorbing those bad energies into itself. So powerful!! Place it near your bed or living space or maybe even your work space.
